Vizwriting – Factual TV for the curious: documentaries, science, history and news

Behind Vizwriting: a factual TV service and the people answering for it

Vizwriting is an IPTV subscription for people who watch to find things out, run by the same people who take its orders on WhatsApp, send its logins and write the guides published here.

Who runs Vizwriting

A single group handles every part of the service a subscriber touches: trial and paid logins, payments, setup questions at three in the afternoon or three in the morning, and the written guides.

Staff names, a headcount, an office address and a founding story are deliberately left off this site, and we will not make them up to look larger. What goes on record instead are the figures you can test in a trial, the prices and the policies, starting with the subscription terms.

The viewer Vizwriting is made for

Someone who switches on the television to learn something: a two-part series on volcanoes, how a suspension bridge is put together, a cooking program that crosses one country region by region. Someone who watches the same story told on news channels from two or three countries, then turns to the business desk as the markets open in Tokyo.

The 25,000+ live channels from 60+ countries include factual networks such as Discovery, National Geographic, History and Food Network, and news desks such as BBC News, Sky News, CBC News Network, NHK World and Al Jazeera. We list news channels; we never rank them or tell you which to believe. Vizwriting documentaries and factual channels covers that side of the service in full. Sport, movies and series come with every plan as well.

What happens between your first message and the first program

Before paying. Ask for a free Vizwriting trial in the WhatsApp chat, or ask which plan length suits the way you watch. The trial runs for 24 hours with nothing locked.

Paying. Pick a plan and the chat returns the ways to pay. No charge is ever taken automatically, at that point or afterward.

The login. It arrives in the same conversation, normally within 15 minutes of payment: the Xtream Codes details (username, password and server address) and an M3U link. There is no app of ours and no web account. The details go into a player such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, and the setup guides, device by device, show where to type them.

Watching. Live channels with the program guide, catch-up on channels that offer it, and the on-demand library in the player’s own sections. Search, favorites and categories depend on the player; in TiviMate, favorites need the Premium upgrade.

When the term ends. The plan stops on its last day, and a new term is one message away. A purchase made in the past 7 days can be refunded on request under the refund policy.

The figures we publish, and what we will not invent

Every number on this site comes from one source and appears the same way on every page:

FigureWhat it means in practice
25,000+ live channelsFrom 60+ countries, with factual networks and news desks among them
120,000+ titles on demandMovies and series, non-fiction categories included
4K, FHD and HD4K only where the source itself is 4K; whether HDR shows varies with the title, the player and the television
99.9% uptimeThe standard the servers are held to
24 hoursThe free trial, with every channel and the full library open
7 daysThe window for asking for your money back
Under 15 minutesThe usual gap between a confirmed payment and the login arriving

And the things you will not read here:

  • A license. We hold no license from, and have no agreement with, any broadcaster, league or studio. The word “official” on these pages means only that the website is ours.
  • A made-up background. No server locations, team size, founding year or customer count.
  • Reviews that do not exist. No star ratings, testimonials or quotes from unnamed viewers.
  • Named titles. No documentary, series or presenter is promised as part of the library, and no channel is promised to carry a particular program.
  • A view on the news. We do not grade news channels, summarize their reporting or take a side.

Where the guides come from, and how each one is checked

A guide here usually begins as a question that reached the chat more than once: how to find the documentary categories in IPTV Smarters Pro, why the program guide is empty on the first evening, which Fire TV models can sideload a player at all. Before it is published, the app name, every menu path and every model number are checked against the current version of the app. Features that differ from player to player, such as a catch-up button, multi-view or a sleep timer, are written as “if your player offers it” rather than promised.

When an update moves a menu, the guide is rewritten to match. If a step no longer looks like your screen, send it through the contact page and it will be checked and corrected.

How to be sure you are talking to Vizwriting

Vizwriting takes orders in two places only: on this website, and in a WhatsApp chat with +212 606 968 901. Other websites use a similar name. None of them belongs to us, and a login sold through one of them is outside anything we can check, extend or pay back. Before paying, make sure the number at the top of your chat matches the one on this page, and that the payment details came inside that conversation rather than by email or a link from somewhere else.

Questions people ask about Vizwriting itself

Who runs Vizwriting?

The people who answer its WhatsApp chat. They issue trial and paid logins, take payments, help with players and devices at any hour, and write the guides on this site. Names, headcount and an office address are not published, and none will be invented; the figures, prices and policies are what goes on record.

Is Vizwriting connected to other sites using a similar name?

No. Orders are taken on this website and through the WhatsApp number printed on it, and nowhere else. Other websites trade under a similar name; they have nothing to do with us, and a login bought from them cannot be renewed, refunded or supported here. Check the number before you pay.

Is Vizwriting only documentaries and news?

No. Factual television is what the service is built around, but every plan carries the whole line-up: sport, movies, series and entertainment alongside the documentary, nature and news channels. The on-demand library keeps its non-fiction categories next to the drama and comedy, all inside the same login.

How do I report a mistake in one of the guides?

Send it in the WhatsApp chat with the device, the player app and its version, and the step that no longer matches your screen. A photo of the screen helps. Guides are corrected once the new menu path has been checked, and the same correction goes into every page that repeats the step.
