Request the Vizwriting trial
Fill in the form, or message our WhatsApp number, +212 606 968 901, with the name of the TV, stick, box or phone you will test on.
The device name shapes the reply, because support points you to a player that suits it: IPTV Smarters Pro on most phones, sticks and boxes, TiviMate on Android TV and Fire OS devices, and the free Smarters Player Lite on Apple TV, iPhone and iPad. A MAG box signs in with a portal URL and its own MAC address rather than a username, so include the MAC (it begins 00:1A:79). There is no app of ours to install, and an APK carrying the name is not from us. Vizwriting setup guides walk through each device.
What to test in 24 hours if you watch to find things out
Test the viewing you would really do. For a household that follows the news and keeps a documentary going most evenings, that comes down to five checks, about an hour in all, spread across the day.
Find the factual channels, then make them quick to reach
Open the live categories and look for the documentary and factual groups, then type a network name into the search: Discovery, National Geographic or History. If your player keeps favorites, star two or three; in TiviMate, favorites come with Premium. The question is whether you could get back to them tomorrow without scrolling. The Vizwriting documentaries page shows how those groups are laid out.
Go back to a bulletin you missed
Pick a news channel that carries catch-up, since not every channel does, and play a bulletin from earlier in the day. Players that support catch-up mark those channels or offer an archive from the guide; if yours shows neither, it may not offer the feature. This check matters most if you often get home after the 6 p.m. news. How catch-up behaves, channel by channel is explained separately.
Read the guide for the hours ahead
Open the program guide and look at what comes next on two news channels and one factual channel. With an Xtream Codes login, IPTV Smarters Pro loads the guide by itself; a player fed only the M3U link may need the EPG address (the xmltv.php link) added in its settings. While you are there, switch between two news desks from different countries, BBC News and NHK World for instance, and notice how quickly each one starts.
Put a nature program in 4K on the biggest screen
Move to the TV where you would actually watch a wildlife or science program, find a 4K channel or title, and let it run for ten minutes. 4K arrives where the source is 4K; the rest is FHD or HD. HDR depends on the title, the player and the TV together. A cable to the router gives the fairest result, and if your player can display stream information, it will show the resolution that is really playing. The page on 4K picture explains what each link in that chain needs.
Browse the documentary shelves on demand
IPTV Smarters Pro shows the on-demand library in separate Movies and Series sections; open the documentary categories in each, then try the search with a subject you care about. Recent TiviMate versions can also show movies and series from an Xtream login, though the app is built around live TV. Time how long it takes to get from the home screen to something worth watching.
Keep a little of the day for everyone else in the house, too: a live match, a film, the children’s channels. The full spread is in the Vizwriting channel list.
After the Vizwriting test: buy a plan or let it lapse
When the 24 hours are over, the login stops and that is all. You gave no card, so there is no charge to come and nothing to cancel.
If the checks went well, settle on a length and a number of screens using the Vizwriting price list, then say so in the chat you already have open. Payment details come first, the paid login after. Paid plans don’t renew by themselves either; every one of them comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee.
If something technical got in the way, a TV that would not install the player for example, tell the chat and support will look at it with you. Most other questions are answered in the Vizwriting FAQ. The rest can go through the contact page.
Questions before the free trial starts
How do I get a Vizwriting free trial?
Ask for it with the form on this page or in a WhatsApp message that names your device. Support answers in that conversation with a username, password and server URL for an Xtream Codes player, plus an M3U link, normally in under 15 minutes. It runs for 24 hours, and nothing is charged before, during or after.
Does the Vizwriting trial need a credit card?
No. The trial is free, and you are never asked for a card, a bank detail or any other way to pay. That is also why nothing can be charged when the day is over: there is no payment method on record. If you decide to buy a plan later, payment is arranged separately in the WhatsApp chat.
How long does the Vizwriting test login last?
24 hours, counted from the moment the login is sent to you. That covers an evening bulletin, a documentary after dinner, the guide for the next morning and a look round the on-demand shelves. Once the time runs out the login goes quiet, and you do not need to cancel or close anything.
Can I check news catch-up and documentaries on the Vizwriting trial?
Yes. The trial opens the same line-up as a paid plan: the factual and news channels, the program guide, catch-up wherever a channel offers it, and the on-demand library with its documentary shelves. Your player decides part of what you see, since catch-up needs a player that supports it and on-demand titles appear only in players that list movies and series.
Which player do I need for the Vizwriting trial?
Any player that accepts an Xtream Codes login or an M3U link will do, because there is no Vizwriting app. IPTV Smarters Pro suits most phones, sticks and boxes and has separate Live TV, Movies and Series sections. TiviMate is built around live TV and suits Android TV and Fire OS devices. On Apple devices, the free option is Smarters Player Lite.
What happens when the Vizwriting trial ends?
The login stops, and nothing else happens. Because you never gave a card, there is no bill and no subscription to cancel. To carry on watching, tell the chat which plan you want from the price list; payment details arrive first and the paid login follows. Paid plans do not renew automatically either.
