Vizwriting – Factual TV for the curious: documentaries, science, history and news

Vizwriting setup: the login, the player and a screen for the news

There is no Vizwriting app. Your subscription arrives in WhatsApp as a username, a password, a server URL and an M3U link, and setting up means typing those into a player on your TV, stick, phone or computer. Pair the device and player for browsing a big factual catalogue and switching news channels in a press or two.

How to install Vizwriting, in four moves

You install someone else’s player and sign it in, always in this order:

  1. Pick the screen you watch the news and documentaries on most (the table below helps).
  2. Add a player from that device’s own store, or by sideloading on a Fire OS stick.
  3. Enter the login exactly as written; the player downloads the channels and guide.
  4. Bring the news forward with favorites for the desks you follow.

No login yet? The Vizwriting free trial sends real details for 24 hours, and a paid term keeps the same setup.

Your Vizwriting login, and where each part goes

Three lines of the WhatsApp message do nearly all the work. The username and password are case-sensitive; a stray capital from an on-screen keyboard is the commonest refusal. The server URL starts with http:// and ends with a port number. Together they are the Xtream Codes details most players ask for.

The M3U link, a longer get.php address with your username and password inside it, serves playlist-only players like Smart IPTV and VLC. A guide address ending in xmltv.php serves the rare player that wants the guide supplied separately. There is no web account: trials, renewals and help all run through the chat. Never install a file posing as an official app; here is why no Vizwriting app exists.

Choosing the screen by how you follow the news

Start from the habit, not the hardware.

How you watchDevice that suits itPlayer to start with
Several news channels, switched quicklyAndroid TV, Google TV, or a Fire TV stick on Fire OSTiviMate; Premium adds favorites and multi-view
Long documentaries on the main TVThe Samsung or LG store, or a 4K streaming stickIPTV Smarters Pro, for its Movies and Series sections
A bulletin in a corner while you readiPhone or iPadSmarters Player Lite, with picture-in-picture where supported
Following a story from a deskWindows PC or MacVLC for a first check, then a Smarters app for the guide
A Roku televisionMirroring, or a stick on a free HDMI inputWhatever runs on the phone or the stick
A dedicated set-top boxMAG or FormulerA portal URL linked to its MAC (00:1A:79 on MAG)

Two facts save an evening: the Fire TV Stick 4K Select runs Vega OS and cannot sideload, and Roku has no sideloading at all, which is why its guide leans on mirroring.

List first or library first: picking the player

Every player reads the same login; the choice is about layout. TiviMate is built around live channels and a full-screen program guide, which suits news; Premium adds favorites, recording and multi-view. IPTV Smarters Pro splits an Xtream login into Live TV, Movies and Series, putting the non-fiction shelves of the 120,000+ title library one click from the channels. On Apple devices the free Smarters app is Smarters Player Lite; iPlayTV is a paid, Apple-only alternative. Smart IPTV reads the M3U link on Samsung sets from 2022 on (Tizen 6.5+) and on LG televisions running webOS 3.0 or later.

A stick can carry TiviMate for the news and Smarters for the library at no extra cost, as long as only one plays at a time.

Vizwriting guides by device

Guides for each player and login format

After the first sign-in: the news within two presses

With 25,000+ live channels, five minutes of arranging pays off: add each news desk you follow, BBC News or NHK World say, to favorites, then the factual networks. The Vizwriting documentaries and news page describes how those groups are organized.

What follows the 9 p.m. bulletin is in the guide, and the program guide page explains how it loads in each player. For the bulletin you missed, Vizwriting catch-up replays earlier programs on the channels that carry it. Everything else in the line-up is in the Vizwriting channel list.

Trial details work like a paid login, every term has a 7-day money-back guarantee, and details reach WhatsApp in under 15 minutes.

Vizwriting setup and login questions

Is there a Vizwriting app to install?

No. What you buy is a login, not an app. Setup means adding a player such as TiviMate from your device’s own store and typing the details into it. Any APK or store listing calling itself the Vizwriting app did not come from us; leave it alone.

Where do I find my Vizwriting login?

In your WhatsApp chat with us. After a trial request or an order, the username, password, server URL and M3U link arrive there, usually in under 15 minutes. There is no website account; renewals and help happen in the same chat, so pin that message.

How long does it take to set up Vizwriting?

Most screens take about ten minutes, a Firestick a little longer because its player is sideloaded. The first sign-in also downloads the channel list and the guide, which needs a minute or two. Each later device is quicker, since the login never changes.

Which player is best for the news on Vizwriting?

TiviMate, on Android TV, Google TV or a Fire OS stick, because it is built around live channels and the guide; Premium adds favorites and multi-view. On Apple devices use Smarters Player Lite or iPlayTV, and on Samsung and LG televisions, IPTV Smarters Pro or Smart IPTV.

Can I put Vizwriting on several devices?

Install it everywhere you watch. Plans count screens playing at the same moment, not devices signed in. A one-connection plan plays on one screen at a time; the two-connection plan, $25 for a month, lets the kitchen news and a living-room documentary run together.
