Vizwriting – Factual TV for the curious: documentaries, science, history and news

Who answers for what: the Vizwriting disclaimer

This disclaimer explains how far Vizwriting’s promises reach. It takes each party in turn: the broadcasters and news organizations whose channels the service carries, the firms that make the apps and devices, your own connection and choices, and finally Vizwriting itself.

The broadcasters and program makers

Not one channel, program, movie or series on the service is owned, produced or commissioned by us. We are not endorsed by, affiliated with or in partnership with any broadcaster, sports league, film studio or other holder of rights. The channel names, logos and program titles you read on this website are their owners’ property, named here for identification and nothing more.

Documentaries and programs about nature, science, history or health are the work of the people who made them. We do not check, edit or vouch for what they say, and nothing in them is advice from us on health, science, money or anything else.

The news channels

News channels in the line-up, from whichever country they broadcast, reach you exactly as their broadcasters transmit them. What they report, and every view voiced on them, is theirs alone. Carrying a channel is not an endorsement of its reporting or its opinions, and we take no position on any of them. When several channels cover the same story, which one to watch is entirely your choice; the Vizwriting documentary and news channels page describes how they are grouped, not what they say.

What is available, and for how long

A source can change at any time, and when it does a channel may be renamed, moved to another group or taken out altogether. Titles enter and leave the 120,000+ on-demand library, a program listed in the guide can be replaced at short notice, and catch-up exists only on the channels that carry it. Counts such as 25,000+ live channels from 60+ countries are accurate for the date they were written. Nothing in the line-up, whether a channel, a program, an event or a title, is promised to stay for the whole of a plan.

Should one channel be your reason for buying, find it in the full Vizwriting channel list first, then open it on your own television during the 24-hour trial before any payment.

The app developers and device makers

No app of ours exists. You watch in a player made by a third party, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate for example, on hardware built by other manufacturers. We have no tie to those developers or makers. Their apps, store pages, prices and features can change or vanish without warning, and their own terms govern them. Any APK or app offered under our name is not ours; leave it uninstalled. Why there is no download at all is explained on the Vizwriting app page.

Your connection and your screen

What you see is decided by every link in a chain, not by one. Channels whose source is 4K are carried in 4K, and the rest arrive in FHD or HD, but the result on your screen also turns on your internet connection, the device decoding the stream, the player and the picture settings of the television. HDR shows up only when the title, the player and the TV all support it, and subtitles appear only where a channel or title carries them. The page on Vizwriting in 4K covers the detail.

You

The law on IPTV varies from one country to the next and can turn on what is being watched. Finding out which rules apply to you, and keeping to them, is up to you. We do not tell you that watching through the service is lawful in your country, and nothing on this site should be read that way. A general overview sits in the blog article asking whether IPTV is legal, and it is not legal advice either.

You also decide what suits your household. Some news and factual channels show distressing images of disasters, conflict or medical procedures, so use a parental lock if your player offers one.

Vizwriting itself

Our setup walkthroughs, FAQ answers and blog articles are written to be practical and accurate on the day they are published. Apps and devices rearrange their menus with each update, so the screen in front of you may differ from the one a walkthrough describes. Treat all of it as general information; none of it is legal, financial or technical advice tailored to you.

Vizwriting takes orders only through this website and the WhatsApp number shown on it. Anything that claims to come from us but arrives another way, be it a login, a bill or a request for money, is not ours, whatever name it uses.

Links that leave this website, to WhatsApp for instance, lead to services run by others. What those services show, and what they do with your information, is their responsibility.
