Not on this site: advertising, analytics, trackers
Vizwriting shows no advertising and runs no analytics service, visitor counter or tracking pixel. No social widget or embedded player from another company is loaded either: fonts, images and code all come from our own server, so reading a page tells no outside company you were here.
Reading pages sets no cookies, and the two forms, as they are built, do not need one. WordPress, the software underneath the site, can set functional cookies of its own, for example for a site administrator who signs in; none of them is used for advertising or for measuring visitors. You never create an account on this website, so there is no profile here to manage or forget.
Stored on this website’s server
The web server log. For each request it answers, the server writes a single log line holding the IP address, a timestamp, the address requested, the referring page and the user-agent string your browser supplies. That line exists to trace errors and to block abuse. Logs rotate daily and are deleted automatically once they are about 15 days old.
Trial requests. The form on the Vizwriting free trial page asks for an email address and the device you plan to watch on, and offers an optional box for a WhatsApp number and an optional question about what you watch most (documentaries, news, nature and science, history, sport or a mix). That last answer only helps support suggest where to start. Your IP address and the address of the page holding the form are recorded with it. They are used to prepare the trial login, to point you to the guide for that device and to filter out automated junk.
Contact messages. The contact form wants your name, a topic chosen from a drop-down menu and what you have to say; giving an email address is up to you. IP and page address are recorded the same way, and all of it is used to answer you.
The submission counter. To stop floods of fake requests, the site counts submissions from each connection for one hour and quietly ignores any past the fifth. The count is filed under a one-way hash of the IP address, not the address itself, and nobody reads it.
How long form records last. Every submission becomes a private entry in the site’s back office, which only the people running the service can open. A daily scheduled job erases, for good, any entry older than 90 days.
Sending either form also opens WhatsApp with your request already typed. Nothing reaches WhatsApp until you press send there yourself.
Copied to the owner’s inbox and a Telegram alert
When a form is submitted, a notification with the same details, the IP address included, goes to the owner’s private mailbox through an email delivery service. An automated bot also posts a copy to a private Telegram chat the team watches for new requests, so a new request is seen quickly wherever the team happens to be. Telegram is a separate company with its own privacy policy. These copies sit outside the daily 90-day job; they are deleted when you ask for your information to be erased.
Held in the WhatsApp conversation
Ordering, paying, receiving the login and getting help all take place in one WhatsApp conversation. There we see the name and phone number on your WhatsApp profile and whatever you choose to share, from a question or a photo of an error screen to the plan you pick and proof that a payment went through. The conversation is how we deliver and support your plan, and how we warn you when a term is close to its end.
WhatsApp is run by a separate company whose own terms and privacy policy govern how it carries and stores messages. We keep our side of the conversation until you request its deletion, and you can clear your side whenever you like.
Held on the streaming system
A working plan needs a record on the streaming system: username, password, number of connections and end date, and, for anyone watching on a MAG box, that box’s MAC address, as the Vizwriting guide for MAG and Formuler boxes explains. Before it can play anything, the system must know the IP address of the requesting device and which stream was requested. It uses that to deliver the stream and to count open connections against your plan. None of it is sold or used for advertising.
This record is kept while the plan runs and for up to 12 months after it ends, so that a renewal can keep the same login. After that it is deleted.
Handled by your payment provider
Payment details are sent in the chat and you pay through the method agreed there. Any card or bank numbers go to that provider, not to Vizwriting; what reaches us is confirmation that the money arrived. No card is kept on file, which is also why nothing renews by itself, as the Vizwriting terms of service state.
Kept on your own devices
The player you install, such as IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate, stores your login details on that device under its developer’s privacy terms, not ours. Deleting the playlist or the app removes them from that device.
Every outside service, listed once
Outside companies touch your information only where the service cannot run without them, each for one job: the host whose server runs this website; the email delivery service and mailbox provider that carry form notifications; Telegram, which carries the alert copy; WhatsApp, which carries the conversation; and whichever payment provider you choose. Personal information is never sold, rented or traded, and none of it feeds advertising.
Copies, corrections and erasure
You may ask us to send you what is held under your name, to correct a mistake in it, or to erase the lot, form record and notifications included. Send the request on WhatsApp to +212 606 968 901. Use the number you ordered from if you can, since that is how we check the request really comes from you.
A full answer follows within 30 days. Bear in mind that deleting the login of a plan with days left on it brings that plan to an end.
Children
The service is sold to adults ordering for their household, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us details through a form or the chat, tell us and they will be deleted.
Security
All traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted with HTTPS. Reaching the back office takes a password-protected sign-in whose address is not published, and the form entries can be opened only from there. Keep your login details to yourself, and tell us in the chat if someone else seems to be using them so a new set can be issued.
When this policy changes
Should the information gathered, or the purpose behind it, change, this policy is updated to say so and the date at the top records when.
If a clause on this page needs explaining, ask Vizwriting directly on WhatsApp at +212 606 968 901 at any hour, or write it in the form on the Vizwriting contact page.
